Returns
You have the right to return or exchange all or part of the order within five (5) calendar days from the date of receipt. The date of dispatch of the returned product is considered to be the one indicated by the Speedex courier on the receipt. If the return is not made within 5 days then our company may not accept it. To exercise the right of return - exchange, you must: Send the product in the perfect condition in which you received it, i.e. complete, undamaged, with the packaging closed and without the product's special markings-labels removed, inside the packaging you received them. The products are returned by you exclusively with the transport courier that delivered them to you, i.e. Speedex. Shipping costs Within Greece Returns - changes are made exclusively with the transport courier you received (Speedex) and always with a charge to the recipient, i.e. smokesignals.gr In the event that the customer chooses another transport company, the cost of transport is borne exclusively by the customer. In the event that the reason for the return concerns an error by smokesignals.gr, the entire amount paid by the customer is returned. In the event that the customer wishes to return his order without smokesignals.gr being at fault, the return costs are deducted from the refundable amount and amount to €5.00.
