Returns Withdrawal / Return - Change of Products You have the right to return or exchange all or part of the order within five (5) calendar days from the date of receipt. The date of dispatch of the returned product is considered to be the one indicated by the Speedex courier on the receipt. If the return is not made within 5 days then our company may not accept it. To exercise the right of return - exchange, you must: Send the product in the perfect condition in which you received it, i.e. complete, undamaged, with the packaging closed and without the product's special markings-labels removed, inside the packaging you received them. The products are returned by you exclusively with the transport courier that delivered them to you, i.e. Speedex. Shipping costs Within Greece Returns - changes are made exclusively with the transport courier you received (Speedex) and always with a charge to the recipient, i.e. smokesignals.gr In the event that the customer chooses another transport company, the cost of transport is borne exclusively by the customer. Shipping Information Orders are shipped exclusively by courier. The private company we work with is Speddex courier. It is not possible to send the orders outside Greece and Cyprus. Orders within Attica, Thessaloniki and in large cities centers are delivered from two to 4 four business days. Orders for the rest of Greece are delivered by three to seven business days. Shipping/Payments Payment methods : Payment upon receipt of the order at your location (cash on delivery): Pay the carrier by delivering your order to your location. The payment method by cash on delivery applies to the cities of Greece. The cost of transportation in large urban centers of Greece is as follows: For orders up to €40.00 shipping costs are €5.00 For orders over €40.00 shipping costs are free There is no additional charge for the cash on delivery service.
