Frequent questions 1.Can I return an item I am dissatisfied with? Yes, provided it is in perfect condition with tags intact you can return it within five (5) days of receipt. Please see the change information for more details on how to return. 2.Do I need to let you know when I have to return something? Yes, you must pollinate with us before returning your parcel, by calling us at 28310 32294 or by sending an e-mail to [email protected] 3.How long will it take to process my change? We aim to dispatch your replacements within 24 hours of receiving your return, after which our normal delivery times apply. 4. I want to return my products, but I am outside the 5 days. Can I still return them? Yes, as long as they are returned within a reasonable time after purchase and are in excellent condition and in consultation with our store. 5. My products are faulty - can I return them? Yes, please return them in the usual way and we will have a look at them. Don't forget to include all of your details, as well as each information that you think might be useful. If your product has a manufacturing defect, an exchange will be made. 6. In general, the return and replacement of a product is possible under the following conditions: • Have been returned to us within 5 days of receipt. • They are returned to us in perfect condition, with their original packaging and with the tags attached. Your legal rights are not affected.
